An independent Lexcel assessor wrote

This is an outstanding Lexcel assessment report which puts you in an elite and very exclusive class of firms who have no non-compliances raised during their Lexcel assessment. However, in your case this is even more special because you have achieved this at your very first assessment and it is very very rare for a firm to have no non-compliances at their very first assessment.
Having said that, if anybody could have achieved this it was going to be you. You are so very well organised, calm under pressure, quick to pick things up and you take responsibility and check the quality of everything yourself.
